• Orders of tickets. The Vranov chateau office provides tickets for all visitor circuits and cultural events; they can be ordered by telephone, fax, or e-mail. (view more ....)
• Sale of promotional materials. The bookshop by the ticket office sells a wide variety of books and leaflets, in off-peak periods they are sold directly in the box office, along with maps, postcards, free promotional materials and souvenirs (view more ....).
• Disabled on wheelchairs have the opportunity of easy access to the third visitor circuit and they can also participate in the first one – but here they have to be carried over the entrance stairs. This service is provided by the chateau office upon request. Wheelchair disabled are also welcome to use the convenience facilities at the house by the main gate.
• Cyclists can leave their bikes in the locker stands provided behind the main gate. The bikes are not guarded.
• Fast food. An improvised fast food stand is available in front of the main entrance to the chateau throughout the season. In the summer, a stylish wine house and café are available to visitors on the first courtyard. The management of the chateau plans to build a restaurant in the former chateau stables by the year 2012.
• Exhibitions. The former carriage house in front of the main gate and in the chateau chapel visitors may check out the summer exhibitions of historic arts and crafts (view more...). The buildings of the first courtyard, offering, besides other things, also demonstration of the historic heating system, traditionally house exhibitions focusing on nature and arts (view more...).
• Musical and dramatic performances. For more than twenty-five years the chateau office and the Vranov local authority have organised a regular cycle of summer concerts and theatre plays. The individual performances take place mainly on the first or the second courtyard, at the chateau chapel, or in the Musical Hall (view more...)
• Music and sounds. The second courtyard is equipped with a sound system playing baroque and classical music. The visitors can sit back and look over the Vranov valley while listening to the tones of the pleasing music. A telescope and an audio system providing information in foreign languages are also available.
• Civil weddings. People interested in this service may have their wedding in the attractive interior of the Hall of Ancestors. Weddings are held every Sunday in spring and autumn (view more...).
• Church weddings are held all year round at the baroque chateau chapel (view more...).
• Letting of non-residential spaces. Some of the chateau interiors, especially the Hall of Ancestors, entrance hall, the big dining room and parlour, as well as the northern and southern terraces and formal courtyard can be rented out for the purposes of holding wedding feasts, company presentations, various professional seminars, political meetings, social events with banquets or dinners, cultural events and performances, etc. (view more...).
• Sanitary facilities. The sanitary facilities are situated just after the entrance gate in the northern lodge. They have spacious and up-to-date interiors, with a diaper changing table.
