Reservation of guided tours and tickets to cultural events

Reservations of guided tours can be made in personal, by phone, or e-mail, and also by regular mail. The order shall specify the date of the visit, required time for the tour, specification of the visitor circuit, number of people, required language, as well as the name and telephone contact to the group leader.

After the confirmation of the reservation the group leader shall turn up, 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour at the latest, at the box office to purchase tickets. He or she shall apply at the counter without waiting even if there is a queue waiting. If the group leader fails to announce his presence within the specified time the group loses the reservation. When planning the times the group leader shall leave sufficient time for the 500 m walk up from the car park (through forest or on the road).

Similar rules apply also to orders of tickets to cultural events. It is especially important to purchase the ticket within 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the event, at the latest, otherwise the reservation becomes void. This applies mainly to events in the interior as there are many people interested in purchasing the tickets and these are often sold out in advance.
