The interval between individual tours is determined by the chateau office and is limited by operational conditions and safety requirements.
The tour is guided and organised for groups of at least five people (including non-paying children up to six years). If there are less than five visitors they shall wait for the beginning of the next tour, which will then take place regardless of the number of people. If the visitors do not want or cannot wait for the next tour, or they require remaining in an enclosed group of less than five people, they shall pay the full admission as of the standard group. The size of groups is determined upon the operational conditions of the chateau and also with respect to the safety requirements.
The number of visitors in one group, for the first circuit (installed chateau interiors) is 25 people maximum, for the second circuit (chapel) it is 50 people.
Large groups and individual visitors can also order tours in advance. It is necessary to arrange beforehand in writing, phone, or e-mail and inquire about the exact day and hour of the tour in question. If the group with the reservation fails to apply at the box office at least 15 minutes before the arranged time of the tour the reservation becomes void.

ADMISSION
The admission fee to visit the publicly accessible parts of the chateau is paid in advance. If the visitor fails to turn up in time for the tour the ticket becomes void and invalid. Purchased tickets cannot be returned.
Visitors are obliged to show the tickets upon the arrival to the starting point, and to keep it safe during the entire duration of the tour and present it again if required.
A reduced fee is provided to children between 6 and 15, students upon the presentation of a valid discount card, and the holders of disabled passes. Seniors over 65 years shall present their valid identification cards to receive a discount.
Children under 6 years go free of charge. Adults paying reduced fees (seniors, students under 26 years, etc.) may also assert the right to free entry of a child under six years.
